Inspiration and growth can come in many forms, and often expression through creativity/art, books, finding hobbies or listening to people that motivate you can be a great place to start to help you grow and shift your perspective.

Breathing technique
Breathing properly has amazing affects in our physical and emotional body. Just by mindfully breathing, you can work on regulating your emotions and body through lowering your heartbeat, lowering or stabilizing blood pressure, lowering stress and anxiety symptoms and support your brain to think clearer.
A simple technique that you can use anywhere is box breathing.
Inhaling for the count of 4 (slowly),
holding your breath with full lungs for the count of 6, exhaling for the count of 8,
and counting to 4 with empty lungs.
-Repeat-
You can increase to 6-8 seconds if you feel ready. Ensure that you are breathing into your stomach and not shallow into your chest. You can hold your hand over your belly to feel the air expand as you breath in.
